Ultra has the right to adjust prices, include additional costs and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as far as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the watch. The pictures may differ depending on the colour settings on your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.



The products are manufactured to meet our high-quality standards. In addition, the products are also covered by our warranty against any manufacturing defects. To report a warranty issue, please contact customer service at cs@ultra1911.com


Ultra offers a 2 year warranty on our products from date of purchase. We recommend that you save your order confirmation/ receipt since this is your warranty. Please note that we only stock spare parts for products that are in the current collection. We do not provide spare parts for models that are no longer sold.


The warranty does not cover used batteries or normal wear and tear of the case, glass or strap. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents and incorrect use of the watch. The warranty does not apply if a replacement of a battery has not been carried out by an authorized watchmaker.


We cannot guarantee the battery life of our outlet product and therefore the battery is not guaranteed.


Replacements due to faulty water resistance are not covered if the crown is not completely closed when the watch is in contact with water.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. See the Return Policy page if you wish to return your Ultra Watch for warranty service.



Orders made in another person’s name without their consent, or any other financial damage suffered to that person or Ultra will be reported to the police. Ultra holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. Ultra has the right to cancel any order at any time. All attempts at fraud will be reported to the police and Ultra reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is arisen. Hong Kong law shall govern any dispute and any issues under these terms.


Orders are subject to acceptance & availability

Once you have made your choice and placed your order with Ultra, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order including your order reference number. This email is neither an acceptance of your order or a proof of purchase, just a confirmation that we have received the order. Your contract to purchase the items is not complete until we send you an email notifying you that your order has been dispatched to you. The sale contract is concluded in Hong Kong and the language of the contract is English. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment or that the item ordered is out of stock or unavailable. We may also refuse to process, and therefore refuse to accept, a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.


Payment & Secure shopping

Payment methods accepted: payment can be made via PayPal or Shopify payment. There is no extra charge for card payments. When paying by credit/debit card, via PayPal or Shopify payment, starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Ultra, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. All security measure are granted by PayPal or Shopify payment. Please read all the information on PayPal’s website or Shopify payment’s web site. The price of the Goods will be set out in our price list in force at the time we confirm your Order. Our prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect Orders that we have confirmed with you. This includes foreign exchange rates which are fixed by us and may be subject to change without notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to adhere to their local tax regulations; this includes import duty and VAT, which are levied once the package reaches you. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.



Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address. Save this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.



Ultra is liable if the goods are damaged or lost in transit but you will need to contact our customer service team within 30 days of ordering (cs@ultra1911.com). If the goods are lost or damaged when returning the product the customer is liable. Cancellation after the order has been dispatched is not possible; in cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Ultra by email and this email has been acknowledged by Ultra. Where stock may be unavailable Ultra reserves the right to cancel any order, we will notify the customer of a replacement or any equivalent products where possible. If Ultra receives a package that has not been collected from the post office (or equivalent shipping office), we reserve the right to charge you for all costs that we incur from handling your order and shipment. An invoice will be sent to you and settlement of the invoice must be made within 10 days.).


Complaints terms and withdrawal

It is important that the customer checks their goods when the shipment is received in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If you receive your item and see that you have been sent the incorrect item or it is damaged, please contact us within 30 days. Any complaints should be made to our customer service team by email cs@ultra1911.com. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you promptly with instructions on how to return the item. It is important that the returning product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged in transit and the security tag attached to the strap buckle must not be removed. The customer is entitled to a refund of the shipping cost if the product suffers a manufacturer fault which will be decided by Ultra on receipt of the returned product. Ultra has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund. The purchaser has the right to cancel the purchase within 30 days. This right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as it was received and the security tag attached to the strap buckle must not be removed. Purchasers using their right to return an order they should complete the returns form. The order number and customer’s email address that was used to order will be required. Return shipping are paid by the consumer.


Limited liability

Ultra responsibility for errors in delivery is limited to these conditions of sale. Ultra bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm. For missing pickup Ultra is not responsible but the cots for a new parcel arrangement will be applied to the customers otherwise if he will ask a refund we will apply a partial one keeping from us the cost of the return and of our original shipping charges. Ultra shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labour disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities. We only supply the Goods for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Goods for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.


Intellectual property rights

The rights in the designs and content of this website are owned by Ultra. Copyright and other intellectual property rights protect them. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute display, post or transmit any part of this site without permission. All trademarks, product names and company names or logos featured on this website are the property of their owners.


Retention of title

 All products remain Ultra property until full payment is made.



These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law. You and We both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. These conditions are applicable where the Hong Kong or other applicable law do not provide conditions that are in conflict with them.


Competitions & discounts

No purchase is necessary to enter any Ultra competition. Each competition will have specific guidelines for geographical and age requirements. A clear start and end time will be indicated; these will be according to Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT”) and entries outside these times will not be accepted. Entrants may submit multiple entries but no entrant may win more than one prize. All competition entries are moderated & any offensive or crude comments will be & the entrant disqualified. The number of prizes available will be clearly stated within the competition guidelines. Winner/s will be selected at random and notified by email or phone and will have one week from the competition end date to respond before another winner is chosen, and so on. The winners will receive their prize via post within 30 days of notification unless otherwise specified. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The prize is non-transferrable and no alternative will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Ultra reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value. Ultra reserves the right to amend or change any competition terms & conditions at any time without notification. The entrant should be aware that Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/Pinterest/Vimeo are not administrators, endorsors nor associated with any Ultra competition in any way unless specified. Any complaints, comments or questions should be directed to Ultra and not Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/Pinterest/Vimeo. Entrants must understand that they are providing information to Ultra and not Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/Pinterest/Vimeo.


Discount codes and offers will be available from time to time. Each discount may have specific guidelines for geographical and age requirements. Any discounts or offers will not be valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and no cash alternative will be given.
